Gift Certificates

Our gift certificates expire 1 year from date of purchase, and can be used for spa services or products. No cash refunds or credit will be given on gift certificates.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cash and Checks with valid NC drivers license, address and phone number. Gratuities are not included in the price of the spa services. RETURNED CHECKS will be charged a $35.00 fee. 

Special Needs

Southern Charm Day Spa is easily accessible to disabled persons. Please let us know in advance if we can help make your visit more comfortable.

For Your Convenience

Southern Charm Day Spa provides gowns, robes and spa slippers. Lockers are available for personal belongings, but we strongly suggest that you leave all valuables at home. We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal items.

Complimentary Hot Tea and Spring Water

Make your day even more special. Add lunch to any spa package or services for $10.00. Ask for menu choices when reserving your services.

For Your Safety

Please inform your therapist or asthetician if you are pregnant, have had recent surgery or have allergies or medical concerns.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid being charged for your appointments, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be billed 50% of the service price. "No Show" will be charged the full price of the services.

To ensure the ultimate spa escape for all guests cell phones should be on vibrate. Southern Charm Day Spa  a non-smoking facility.

Services

1. Your privacy will always be respected during a service. You will be draped or covered during all treatments.
2. Please let your threapist know at any time of adjustment requests such as the lighting, music or pressure. Your comfort is the utmost importance to us.
